For Therapists with ADHD

I’m here for you if you’re also a therapist with ADHD.

I will hold space for you the way you do for your clients. This will be your space for being yourself and for healing. Struggling with ADHD doesn’t undermine your ability to help others. I won’t question your competency or your professionalism. My goal is to reinforce your confidence in yourself as a clinician while we’re building up your self-esteem.

You’re not alone. Many therapists (and other healthcare professionals) with ADHD struggle with time management, feeling overwhelmed, and self-doubt. We’ll look at how you can show yourself the compassion you so easily show others. We’ll help you learn strategies that will help with managing time, getting organized, maximizing your ability to focus, and using your emotional strengths for your own healing. You’ll learn to get better at self-care, and to set healthy personal and professional boundaries. We’ll explore things like impostor syndrome to help you recognize your abilities and be proud of them. My goal is to help you in ways that go beyond improving your life and work functioning to empowering you to live your life confidently!
